I don’t know about you, but I used to consider cookie dough a food group because let’s face it, the dough is better than the actual cookie! Am I right?!
Thankfully, I didn’t have to give up the dough we I started keto! These cookie dough fat bombs are to die for and are the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth or if you need to add more fat to your ketogenic diet!
1-8 oz package cream cheese (softened)
3 tbsp butter (softened)
6 tbsp all natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
1 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup Monkfruit or Swerve
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (Lily’s Chocolate Chips)
- Cream together all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) with a mixer until creamy and well mixed. Then, stir in the chocolate chips. You can use an ice cream scoop or spoon to scoop the dough and roll them into 1″ balls.
- Place Fat Bombs on a cookie sheet and freeze for about one hour.
- Remove and store in ziploc bags in freezer!
